Useful information

Filter cartridges are designed to protect fuel equipment and fueled machinery from foreign particles contained in the fuel: dirt, rust, resins, dust, and water, which is especially relevant for diesel engines. Timely replacement of consumables contributes to the productive operation of dispensing equipment, prevents its premature wear and failure.

Filter cartridges – reliable protection for modern equipment

Our catalog presents models of filtering elements for fuel dispensing systems of various capacities, as well as accessories for quick and reliable installation in the fuel system.

We offer to choose filter cartridges:

  • with a flow rate of up to 60-300 l/min;
  • for cleaning diesel fuel, gasoline, oil, kerosene, AVGAS aviation fuel;
  • fine and coarse cleaning: filtration degree of 1, 5, 10, 15, 25, 30, 50 and 125 microns;
  • with the ability to remove moisture, water separation 93-99.9%;
  • with paper filler or mesh;
  • with various service life – up to 1 million liters;
  • for inlet-outlet holes with a diameter of 19, 25, 32, 40 mm.

Details about the characteristics and operating parameters of modifications can be found in the product description on the corresponding page.

In addition to filter cartridges, you can buy filter adapters, water presence sensors, and fittings.

When to replace the cartridge

The need to replace the cartridge is indicated by a significant drop in pressure in the fuel supply line. It is also recommended to replace the filter element when the maximum service life is exhausted (each model has its own capabilities, as indicated in the manufacturer's instructions).

When choosing filter cartridges, we recommend considering:

  • the performance of the dispensing system – it should be comparable to the flow rate of the filter element;
  • parameters of the fuel dispensing unit – pressure, diameter of connecting holes, installation location;
  • type of petroleum products – diesel fuel, gasoline, oil, kerosene or aviation fuel;
  • the need for water separation;
  • the required depth of fuel cleaning.

The variety of models allows you to purchase optimal equipment for the initial completion of the fuel dispensing unit or to replace used elements.
